Day 3
Morning:
I had loose bowels X( perhaps i shouldn't be taking the laxatives now.
Took the morning pills when i got up. Although i physically am not, i know my body should be hungry by this time so i was supposed to head out to have a hearty breakfast in a diner. When I passed by the dining table though, some french toasts were there. I tried one and got instantly full at the third bite X( I tried to finish all of it. It's really a small piece, like the size of my palm. And i feel so full i want to throw up.
Afternoon:
I had a healthy lunch, some organic brown rice, a serving of green leafy veggies and some fish. I tried to eat as much as i could because i won't be having dinner.
