Day 2.
First thing in the morning, i had to "go"!
Oddly, i do not feel any hunger. No rumbling tummy, but my body says i have to eat.
So I went and had breakfast. It was a light breakfast, bread, some corned beef, a small portion scrambled egg and pineapple juice. A few bites and i feel like i've had enough. I tried to eat all of it because I know my body is hungry, it's just I don't feel it. I left a part of the food uneaten because I really can't finish it T_____T I feel like throwing up when i eat. Also, dry mouth and throat. I had to drink a lot.
for lunch, i had a serving that I would consider small on a normal day... but i cant even get halfway thru it :( i felt like i want to throw up. Food does not seem to interest me so much now.
At work i was energetic.
