STRONG Bangkok Pills Day 1

DAY 1

I got my month-good set yesterday. It was a bit pricey but if it could help me, then i'll put my money on it. 

It's a set composed of six types of pills:

Dark blue: Phentermines - Appetite suppresant

Purple: Fat burners

White: Diuretic

Green: Fat burners

Yellow: Sleep aid

Orange: Detox

The pills are sooooo small! you might want to be careful handling them as they may easily slip. I've placed mine on a tiny pillcase to avoid that.

The instructions given to me were as follows:

30 Minutes Before Breakfast:

1 Dark Blue

2 Purple

1 White

6 PM

2 Green

Before Sleeping

2 Orange

1 Yellow

when taking it, you're not supposed to have caffeine and alcohol (i guess to aid in the diet + depressants/suppressants really mess up your system)

The side effects are as follows, my reactions are in red.

- constipation : none
- dizziness or lightheadedness : kind of. light-headedness rather.
- dryness of mouth  : yes
- heightened sense of well-being : yes! specially after taking the Phens. It's like heroin! :D
- headache : none
- irritability : none
- nausea : i have a little "throwy-uppy" feel after eating.
- nervousness or restlessness  : palpitations rather.
- stomach cramps or pain : none
- trembling or shaking : a little bit on the hands
- trouble in sleeping : none yet

- numbness or tingling  : a little bit on the hands

ON WITH THE RESULTS!! :D

6 AM: 143 lbs.

6 PM: 138 lbs.

Progress: -5 lbs?!

I weighed myself after peeing so... yeah that might mean something. But 5 lbs in 12 hours? Ridiculous!
